Have had several terrible interactions with this business, unfortunately. Several months ago I called to ask a question. They say “don’t call, I have too much going on to spend time answering questions over the phone. Message us on Facebook.” -tbh, I decided against messaging because of the rude interaction on the phone. Today, I went in person with a different question & again was told to message through Facebook. It’s unfortunate they would rather turn a customer away who is ready to pay, than to assist someone who is literally in their building. I do not recommend this place.

I only give 2 stars because there is a young lady who works there who was SO helpful and a delight! Other than her, I have never been “greeted” so rudely by a business ever. God forbid we ask them to help us out. Passive aggressive, rolling eyes, slamming items. I want to promote local, but will not be giving my money to a business with such terrible customer service! I don’t even care about their now scalper prices. I just never want to have interactions like that at ANY business! The WORST, aside from the lovely young lady!

Service is nice. This store has existed for many years, and is an important place in the Northland for friends to come together with similar interests and enjoy their hobbies. They also will exchange certain cards and things for cash or store credit, if the value is worth the trade to them.

1. Setting: Every single time I have been it has always been a mess. A few years ago, they would allow people to go through bulk. Now they have bulk stacked up on their counters and at least half of all of their tables every day, and no one is allowed to touch it. If you do, they will snip at you and say you’re not allowed to. Their tables are the cheap plastic ones; they get the job done. The issue I’ve had is their chairs. It seems like they’ve never been replaced, and every chair is cracked or broken in some way. It’s simple, cheap plastic Walmart chairs. The building itself smells like mil

Tried to go in and look. Asked a question on a deck and employee stated "its not the price on the sticker, I need to look it up." Then proceeds to go back to pricing cards and refuses to tell us the proper price. New person comes in and employee goes right into helping them still ignoring the question we just asked. Don't expect any service from these people

There seems to be an over abundance of singles inventory, to the point where it’s hard to move around. You are NOT allowed to touch or browse through bulk. They do not price off MSRP but rather jack up the price based off of online sales. Workers are defensive when asked about pricing and have told us to shop at a different location if we didn’t like their more than double prices. Places like this make it hard to support local and give brick and mortar card shop a bad rap.

Comprehensive inventory of Magic the Gathering merch, much more than you'd guess at first glance. Solid selection of boardgames, tabletop games, & accessories. The local sports swag is surprisingly fun, too! Friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Community gaming board & events.
