  Went to a card show here in Syracuse this last weekend this business was there. My kid went up to them with a graded card and they told him it wasn't worth as much as he was asking for it. The market value of the card was well over $100 and they tried to tell him it was only worth $15. When I stepped up and said something they changed their tune and tried to give me excuses on why they tried to take advantage of a child. These people are horrible and will take advantage of a child whenever they can. Stay far away from this business. If they can't be honest with a child what else are they doing

  Good selection of older games and trading cards. Games have great prices however when buying a console from them I noticed that the screws that hold the console together were missing and it was all 4 screws meaning I'll either have to spend time finding the proper screws or just tape it so the system doesn't literally fall apart which is a bit crazy

  They Literally try to screw customers on trade in pokemon cards like it's nobody's business. Sadly this is all I have time for and refuse to spend another second talking about my experience. I just wanted to make sure they got the review!!

  Be wary of bringing trade-ins here. The store says 70% store credit, they really mean “Up to 70% store credit, if you pop the pack in store and they watch and you turn it in immediately. Also don’t sweat that day cause we’ll consider a fingerprint damage”. They are extremely aggressive when finding ways to undervalue your card, even if you take the best care of it. The smallest scratch or mark will bring it from 70% to 30-40%. I, as well as a friend of mine, have tested this theory. He brought in $68 value in cards that he never left unsleeved, any store would generally consider it very good c

  A sad little store filled with sad little people. Gives off the impression of a half decent store, but only because it’s the only store of its kind in the town. Poor customer service, constant and consistent attitude from the owners, demeaning, unprofessional and disrespectful tones when dealing with people that they seem to not “approve” of. If they haven’t personally approved of you based of some metric that’s never spoken, they’ll treat you like garbage. Only a good store if you’re one of the owners little group, otherwise prepare to be treated like you’re worthless, your opinion is invalid
