  Went into the store to get a Hirono figure for my kid, I asked the worker if the particular item has a hook to put it on a bag. They stated yes it’s in the box. Come to realize I open the box and no hook/chip is in the box went back the next day and was told they can’t exchange it because it was opened. The only reason it was opened was because the worker told me it was in the box, so because I listen to the worker I got stuck with an item that I didn’t want and was lied to about. NEVER again would I spend my money in this store!

  Great store! The man behind the counter was super helpful! I just wish there was more JoJo Bizarre Adventure collectibles to purchase! The games in the back are an awesome touch to a store that is not picked over! Great merch! Thank you for everything!

  Nice store with lots of collectible anime stuff. They have a pretty good selection and a lot of stuff you can't find elsewhere in the mall. The staff are friendly and the store is well organized. They have a good selection of various trading cards (including Pokemon) in both Japanese and English. I will say that the cards are not priced too competitively. English packs are a bit over MSRP but not too bad. Japanese packs are significantly marked up, I would not recommend buying them here. Other trading cards seemed similarly priced above market price.   Another review because somehow my previous one got deleted. They are charging $17 for pokemon packs that' cost $7 online. This not a good look for a buisness dedacted to the Fandom of Anime, and collecting. Very disappointing because I come here every week to buy cards and they always cost $5-$8 tops. But now $17? Even staff was shocked. Shame on you. I was there in person and your staff told me the Japanese prysmatic evolution packs where $17 and I love this store for the prices on packs. You should speak with your staff. I will come again and see if the prices are still the same.
