  Bought a Phantasmal Flames ETB from Anime Island because it was priced under market around $60 figured I’d support a small business. It appeared factory sealed, and the seller had to cut a small slice in the wrap to prevent scalping, which I was fine with. Once I opened the packs, things felt off. Card order was strange, and several packs looked resealed with slightly open corners and fresh glue as you can see. Pretty clear the packs were tampered with. Wouldn’t recommend buying “Sealed”Pokémon cards from here.

  I don’t usually write reviews, but this store absolutely deserves one. I recently attended a One Piece TCG locals event here, and it was easily one of the best locals experiences I’ve had so far. The pricing for both products and events is very reasonable — I never felt hesitant about picking up items or signing up for tournaments. That alone makes a huge difference. On top of that, the employees and shop owners were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They created a great atmosphere that made the whole experience even better.   Went to this shop 2 separate times and left twice with huge hits from packs. This shop has been become our good luck charm. The store was clean items were marked at a reasonable price where other shops mark up the their products alot. Shops is organized and workers are nice. This shop is worth visiting and this is coming from someone that came all the way from San Jose. We are looking forward to visiting next time.

  This is a hidden gem tucked away in the corner of El Cerrito Plaza. I found this place randomly as it popped up in my Google search not knowing that this place has been there for years. They have a really great selection of anime merchandise like TCG, figures, plushies, stickers, comics, accessories and more all at great prices. They also have TCG tournaments which is great for the community. Staff is friendly and Amy, I believe the owner is very nice and knowledgeable.   There were a lot of manga and anime figures which I thought were awesome and there was a ton of cool trinkets a!Went there to get some pokemon cards and found a Twilight Masquerade etb and some booster bundles, but ended up getting the art rare team rockets meowth and the houndoom! Staff were also super helpful and nice and the store was really cool!
