Play space is great and the community is ready to teach and invite me to other games I Haven't tried before.   Excellent customer service, owner is clear and honest with communication, great place to hang out and be social with other hobbyists. They sell all kinds of games too; like Warhammer (40k, AoS, Kill Team), Marvel Crisis Protocol, Star Wars Shatterpoint, MtG, Pokémon, D&D stuff. Tables and spaces for gaming. All around awesome store!

  It was opening day, so I plan to go back, but it was over crowded just a bunch of people standing around talking. The owner didn't greet me when I came in, I had to bug them to get attention. There were messes everywhere, it did not look like they were ready to be open. Like I said I'll go back some time to see if it's changed, but right now it's not very appealing.
