  I visited the store today to build my very first custom deck after a long break from MTG, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Mandy, the store manager, was incredibly helpful—she took the time to assist me in finding the specific cards I needed, all while managing other customers with ease. Her extensive knowledge of the various sets and editions was impressive, and I truly appreciate her patience throughout the process. The environment is fantastic—clean, well-organized, and welcoming.   Great selection of games, board, electronic, you name it. I'm not into card games, but looked like there was more than anyone could ask for in that genre of gaming. Adults, kids, adult kids, enough to go around for any kind of person. Service seemed lacking, and/or their social skills need some polishing. Then again, I am a 'muscled American', and perhaps they aren't typically graced with the presence of someone of my ilk, esp. in a gaming arena.   My girlfriend recently got me into MTG. We are looking for a few good shops in the area so we have a few options on given days. Neither of us had been here before and we will definitely be back. We had a horrible experience at another shop earlier in the day and Battlegrounds is vastly different. Good selection of cards/games/accessories and more importantly we felt incredibly welcome and comfortable here. Inclusive vibes and people as well as wonderful staff. A new favorite place to shop and play.
