    Updated Review: I made an online purchase and was not completely happy with the 2 hats I bought, so I tried to use their online returns system. But it’s BROKEN. It won’t let you actually submit a return. The quantity buttons are broken. I also tried emailing them and never heard back. It’s clear that their online store is bad when it comes to customer service. There is ZERO. In store isn’t too bad though.     Before placing an online order, review the Boston ProShop's Better Business Bureau profile. Let me preface with the fact that I've bought jerseys from the store in-person before, and never had an issue. This review is regarding the online store and abysmal customer service. I ordered a jersey a month ago, and it arrived quickly and was in great shape. This is the only reason for two stars, they at least got it right one time. However, I decided to order another jersey on sale, and it arrived defective. I called between 15 and 20 times to arrange an exchange, no one answered; my two voicemail

    A lot of bad reviews about the online store. I figured I leave a review of my experience. I ordered a Celtics jersey on a Tuesday paid for the expedited shipping and received it by Saturday. Great condition, official merch, and no issues. Will definitely order online again.

    The worst customer service ever. They are fine if you are buying something as checkout was reasonably quick. But it all crumbles if you want to ask a question, exchange, or return something. I wanted to exchange a size for a $110 sweatshirt and the manager was too lazy to call upstairs to the satellite location (in the same building) to get it. The staff doesn't know how to solve problems or customer issues. They mostly stand around talking to each other instead of being proactive. They all have blank stares when you ask them the simplest of questions. They need to do better if we are supposed

    Only had two adult size Larry Bird jerseys in store and zero Bill Russell jerseys! When you could get help, there were several guys standing around doing shooting the bull with each other, I asked why so few Bird and no Russell jerseys? He said they sell Russell's out as soon as they get them, this place is at the Garden. Very poor business model not stocking what sells!

    Terrible. I saw the bad reviews but they were having a big sale so I took my chance on an order. BIG MISTAKE! I was charged for my full order, but I only received a partial shipment. The items that I have not received do not show as available anymore so I assume that I will not be getting them so I expected to be refunded for them. However, zero updates from them about the order and multiple calls and emails go unanswered. From what I have been told the TD Garden Pro Shop does not help you with online shop orders. I guess that I should be happy that I received SOME of my order so that I

    I ordered a jersey for Christmas on December 10th and the order had said it was shipped but when talking to the shipping company it had not even been processed as an order. I have emailed to get in contact with the pro shop and still no response. They have also already charged me and it has now been more than a month since I ordered the jersey. I want a refund or at least be able to return the package if it had came in by now.
