My family and I stopped giving Brandon our business a while ago, he started giving incredibly low offers on everything, customer service is worse than non-existent. Check your books before you leave the store, I'd say check them before you even buy them if he lets you, my brother bought a book, realized a few pages were missing, and Brandon told him that was on him, not the shop. Are you not checking the books in your inventory to make sure they're complete before putting them out for sale? If you aren't, how are you going to push that responsibility onto a customer and still sell the comic as

I walked in to purchase some comics and was immediately met with a shouting match between who I believe was the owner and an employee (possibly his wife). The situation was uncomfortable and highly unprofessional. I chose to leave and take my business elsewhere. I will not be returning, and I would not recommend this store to others.

If you want to see a condescending & patronizing employee in action, then you came to the right place. If you took him out of the equation, this shop would be kind of ok (prices are insanely high). I went in looking for a few books, and he had the one copy I needed, but it was graded a CGC 9.8. I ask how much and he tells me $700. I ask politely if they're in line with CMV. He proceeds to tell me that last year one sold for $1,400 (just so you know, that was not a legit sale on ebay). I tell him that a recent one on ebay sold for $200 (I was the one who purchased that copy). I have added last

I was in a while back to get comic book sleeves for a friend. I explained that it was my first time buying comic book related items and didn’t know the sizes. I was just pointed to a direction in the store without any help. After explaining my situation once again I finally got some real customer service explaining the different sizes and type. It was a huge hassle for him to go out of his way to show me the options. Dead silence during the payment, no thank you or anything, and by the looks of these reviews, dude loves to excuse his bad behavior. As a retail employee this is a solid example

Absolutely love this shop! It’s family-owned and you can really feel the passion and knowledge behind everything they do. The pull box discount is a huge perk, and they’re always running great specials and promotions that keep things exciting. Their dollar bins are a treasure hunt every time, and I’ve picked up some real gems. What an absolute mess of a store. The owners are certified crazy people. Store was closed on a Friday when I stopped by around 3pm. When I called on Saturday to see if they were open, they responded, I answered the phone didn't I? So what do you think? Came in and they were rude and didn't seem too concerned about wether I bought anything or not, because when I asked a question it was like pulling teeth. They were having extremely weird conversations.. BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE..

I asked to cancel my order and I kindly way cause I needed the extra money to pay some bills and this is what they sent me “I’ll cancel those books when they start coming out. I’ve already printed your shipping label. I’m gonna have to go through all of this and it’s gonna be a serious pain for me. I’ll get to it when I get to it. You are now blocked from any further transactions with us for canceling orders” Talk about customer service. I’ll never do business with them again
