  Avoid this seller at all costs. I’ve ordered from hundreds of shops over the years and have never dealt with anything this suspicious or unprofessional. I’m not going to outright accuse them of taking items—but their actions speak for themselves. The moment I called to ask about missing promo cards, they blocked my phone number and refused to speak directly, responding only by email from that point on. That alone is a massive red flag. I ordered two Moltres UPCs. Unopened products should be identical. They were not: • One UPC had the promo cards • The other did not • The UPC missing the prom

  They bought some of my old collection I had sitting around for quite some time. They gave me a very good and fair evaluation. They gave me back 70-80 % cash value for the collection which I can say is much higher than most TCG shops that I have been to. I think the Cali poke house is great. I definitely will do business again and encourage anyone else to do the same if you are looking to trade in a collection that is just collecting dust.

  Tampered boxes and Poor customer services 0 stars if I could: ordered 2 boxes of UPCs and one came in just fine. The other box was missing promo cards and had damage to the box FROM THE INSIDE Customer service: called in and heard my problem , hung up and called from 3 different numbers just to be blocked. Emailed them and they said since I opened the packs they would not be able to do anything. Friends and I have ordered TONS of Pokémon items from different vendors , even tik tok shop and never had this poor of customer service.

  Garbage seller. I ordered an item on November 24th, they made a label on November 25th, claimed it would be delivered December 3rd and now it's almost a month later and still haven't recieved it because they never shipped anything out. The seller has nothing but the same 3 excuses as to why it hasn'tbarrived yet. They refuse to show proof they're in contact with USPS about my order. They refuse to refund me my money back. Don't order from them unless you want your money stolen!
