  Extremely Disappointing Customer Service: I had a terrible experience here. An item was marked $8 less than the price at checkout, but when I brought it to the manager’s attention, she refused to honor the clearly labeled price. She even tore the tag off in front of me, claiming it was incorrect, despite it being the right tag for the right product. It felt like blatant price gouging, especially on a busy game night.   So today is Wednesday, 10/5/22, I walked several blocks after 11am knowing they should definitely be open. But of course NOT OPEN AGAIN. A new sign was posted on the window (see picture) attached.

  The times in the door say 11-4 Monday-Friday , went at 2:45 on a Monday and they were closed.

  Very poor customer service. Ask guy working a question, he acts like he doesn't have time for you (note no one else is in store at the time).
