This place was amazing! We had so much fun looking at all of the cards and autographed helmets. As we were leaving the two workers asked my 8 year old son what his favorite sport and team. They pulled boxes out and gave him a ton of Chicago Bears cards for free. For someone trying to get his son into collecting, this really knocked it out of the park for him. He talked about this all the way home. I wish we lived closer! Thank you for a great experience!

I stopped by the CardVault while visiting Chicago, and the store immediately made a strong impression. It’s clean, well-organized, and easy to browse, with a solid mix of modern and classic collectibles. The staff was knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy, offering helpful insight that made the experience feel confident and straightforward. Fair pricing, a welcoming atmosphere, and a genuine respect for collectors made this a place I’d absolutely visit again.

Nothing but top quality for this store. Prices are fair and on point with national average. Staff also said if I ever find boxes cheaper elsewhere that I should let them know so they can make adjustments. I stop by the store 3-4 times a week just to see if anything new is on hand. The whole team there is super friendly and are always happy to answer any questions I have. They have also bought a bunch of cards from my pc. I also pulled a downtown LeBron James from a box I got here so they will always be good in my book

CardVault is an absolute must visit for any sports card, Pokemon and collectible fan. The store is beautifully designed, blending modern style with a true love for the hobby. The selection is outstanding from iconic rookie cards to rare high end collectibles and the team is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate. What really stood out is the atmosphere. It is not just a retail shop, it feels like a destination where collectors at every level are welcome. The staff took the time to answer all my questions and even gave me insights into upcoming products and trends. You can really tell they ca

My name is Charlie! I was just here with my mom and we had a great time and experience. Gabe and Zach were very kind and were honest about what I should pass on. I bought a box and they set me up with a nice stand and sleeves for my new cards. They were very kind and made some trashy pulls something that was fun. I’ll definitely be going back, what a great store!

Tim K and the rest of the staff are truly the best around—no question about it. Earlier this month, I had an incident where some cards were stolen from me, and I reached out to all the local shops, including The Vault. Even though they didn’t have to, these guys went above and beyond to help me get my cards back. On top of that, the quality of the cards in their shop is always top-notch. They do things the right way all around. Highly recommend checking them out.

Well, I at first was very excited to come here because it’s Tom Brady of course and I drove two hours before speaking with someone over the phone the day before saying that I have some cards I would like to trade for some credit to get another card that they have And when I got there, I was told they are no longer taking in any cards this day to come back in a few weeks and it was really frustrating because it took me one whole day to evaluate my cards and then drive two hours and double park because there is no parking by Wrigleyville Just to be told they didn’t even want to look at the stuff
