  I was window shopping and saw 3 funko toys I've been wanting. The store is pretty big. I bought 3 since they had the 3 for $39 deal. Decent prices. There's a clearance section, too. Great customer service here. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.

  Don’t do on line orders with this company better yet you might not even want to do business all together I specifically called this store and many others they are like a deer I the head lights when it comes to on line orders they are clueless and lost. The girl at This store told me to just spam the email since no one has answered my email or the endless phone calls made to them. Don’t be like me and go through a mess of an experience save yourself the trouble and just stay away from on line ordering case it’s quite poor beyond poor!   Chalice Collectibles is a incredible store in the Santa Anita mall that have a big selection of Funko toys from t.v,cartoons,movies,anime and much more. Including hard to find Funko collectibles you can find at the store. I need to come back again to more other hard to find Funko toys.

  I had a an issue with an employee with one of my purchases ! Selling opening displays and refusing to refund or exchange them ! I was unsatisfied with Sergio’s work ethic and manners however the manager handled it professionally and with kindness ! Respectfully admitted the mistake made and made the situation 100% better and a satisfied customer ! I will continue to purchase from here thanks to the mangers efforts at running a proper buisness !
