  Please pay attention to this review (Chris and Others) — it reflects years of repeated experiences, not a one-time interaction. Unprofessional staff, unrealistic prices, and consistently unpleasant experiences. I’ve been visiting this shop for years, hoping the experience would improve, but unfortunately it has only gotten worse. The biggest issue is the attitude and customer service — particularly from a staff member named Paul. Every interaction with him feels dismissive and impatient. He regularly cuts customers off mid-sentence, answers questions with visible frustration, and makes you f

  Employees here are just rude and unhelpful. It is almost like they don't want customers. I've met Chris once and he was friendly/knowledgeable. Pricing is scalper level bad for new releases. Kinda sad. Thought I found a nice local card shop.

  I’ve been coming here for a few months now. The owner Chris is great, very knowledgeable and even will let you know what upcoming sales they have, and new sets that will be dropping at their stores. The only issue I have is one guy who works at the register. He’s very rude, dismissive, acts like your bothering him, and doesn’t like to answer questions. It really puts off the atmosphere. He needs to get an attitude adjustment.

  Reading the most recent review, I have to agree. Paul is an absolute abomination to work with, I suspect he isn't fired for the sole reason he probably owns the properties for the shop. HOWEVER. DO NOT GO TO CASE HIT COLLECTIBLES! THEY ARE 100x WORSE!!!!!

  Good selection of comics and cards but seems like the dice selection has steadily decreased over the years. Hours are short and staff is not particularly friendly but not a bad place overall. Reasonable prices and good parking as well.

  There’s a guy in the shop and idk why but he’s attitude better change he’s gonna cross paths with the wrong guy one day and it’s gonna be bad gotta be careful not everyone is 100% in the head especially when they are not welcoming at all shop is over rated small and packed no events nothing L shop I wouldn’t recommend! TikTok or facebook market got better deals then this shop overpriced cards too nothing affordable over the market price ups
