  If 0 stars was an option I would pick it. I could not be more DISAPPOINTED in this store and their idea of compensation. Over the prerelease weekend I spent $220 for just the prereleases boxes. I preordered ahead and selected one of EACH character and the final prerelease day was my favorite character and most desired box of them all. Upon coming in to get my box, however, I was told they ran out because the inventory count was not correct. As compensation I was given 2 promo packs for Edge of Eternities (a drop I have less than 0 interest in) and a Toph dice bag (which based off looking onlin

  TLDR: Great vibes all around, community-first / singles second approach was a nice change of pace Recently got back into Magic and have been sticking mostly to pre-releases and sealed deck while I get my bearings, and I saw CSG was hosting a sealed TMNT tourney and decided to trek out from St Pete for it. Immediately noticed it wasnt a store with endless cases of Pokemon cards, but well spaced out rows of tables. No shade on places that focus more on singles buying / selling, but this felt more community focused. During the course of the day / the tournament the place got pretty full, but

  Good selection; a little pricey on popular products - forgivable for an LGS. Best prices around for events, for MTG at least. Plenty of tables, and staff is knowledgeable. Docking one star for the bathroom door that gets stuck sometimes... otherwise a great spot for any card gamer interested in finding a pod or just some space to tinker with their deck.

  Visited for the gundam Newtype challenge! Store was clean, staff was nice, event was well run! Some of the prices are a bit odd however ($49.99 for a new gundam starter deck was a "wuuuut" moment) and a regular bottle of water being $1.50 instead of $1 which seems to be the norm for game stores was a bit weird. But overall a nice place!

  The staff here is simply awful. They are rude and inconsiderate, and you get the distinct feeling that completing your purchase is a huge bother to them. But the poor service is just part of the problem: the sheer worry and scale of their marketing photos are staggering and oppressive, adding a heavy, unpleasant layer to the entire experience. This isn't just poor service—it's a toxic culture where employees are miserable and the atmosphere is suffocating. Spend your money where your patronage is actually valued and the environment isn't so hostile.

  I love pokemon and collecting poke.on cards. This certain store has a very small amount of pokemon cards on site. Their main focus is magic yugioh and some other tcg. They do host games there I put a pic of their schedule as of June 2023. They explain to me that all the pokemon cards they have are online. But if u like MTG this is definitely the place for you. Customer service is awesome and the store is very well kept. Hence the 5 stars ⭐
