I came in on a whim looking for cards for my 1969 Topps set, fully expecting the shop to have maybe a couple of stars in the case, but no real help filling out commons. Boy, was I wrong. When I said I needed 1969 Topps commons, the owner pulled out a massive 5000 count box full of late 60s! I was able to grab 40 out of the 86 cards I have remaining in the set. The price was good too, around $1.50/card for very nice condition cards. He then gave me a great price on a very sharp Steve Carlton I needed that was probably less than what I’d have paid on eBay. If you’re looking for vintage, this is

The staff and selection here is great. I wish I had more time to browse because I doubt I even saw a quarter of what they had to offer. My absolute only gripe is the prices. They are far beyond what I experience just about anywhere else. For example, they sell their 2025 baseball Bowman Mega box for $100. Last week GameStop had them in stock for $49.99 and my LCS in the Palm Springs area had them for $65. The prices were spiked for almost all of the other sealed product I looked at too. I understand marking up for the enormous selection and convenience of walking in and out, but I’ve never see

Best sports cards shop in the I.E. - there isn't really a comparison at the moment.

I’m on a ‘supporting small local business’ kick lately. It’s been years since I’ve been in so today I decided to go back. I had a few questions and odd requests. The gentleman was accommodating and helpful. He walked away to give me my space but made sure to let me know not to hesitate to ask questions. I walked out with more than I planned on buying and a wish list. So I will be back. As for the odd requests, he let me know that once he learns what I’m looking for, he can pull items for my review on the next visit. I appreciate the personal touch that you cannot possibly get online. He did no

Courtney's Sports Cards offers an extensive selection of sports cards for baseball, basketball, football, and more, catering to sports collectors' interests hence the name. However, the store falls short in its collection of other trading card games, with Pokemon being the main one missing. While the store carries common sets, they are readily available in other trading card stores. Regrettably, the prices of Pokemon cards are notably higher than MSRP, with booster packs being sold for $8, compared to the standard $4. The store's selection of Pokemon cards is also limited. Nonetheless, it is i

The door is kept locked, but there is a sign that tells you to knock, and someone will come let you in. My cousin had bought some Pokémon cards and pulled a very hard to find secret Pokémon card. See my picture for details of the card. The employee, not sure if he was the owner, was friendly. He was very knowledgeable and assisted us with our questions. He helped my cousin find the right size one-touch card protector for the Pokémon card. The card, upgraded, has a value of around $350-$400 upgraded. The employee told us how we could get the card graded. Homie-G was satisfied and will defini

Places like this give Pokémon card shops a bad name. 34.99 for a 6 pack of stellar crown? What in the actual? I just wanted to open some packs this morning before my appointment and was in complete shock. I’ll just drive down the street in a few hours and pay 22 bucks at GameStop with my pro membership. Can almost by two for the price of driving 7 minutes. That’s crazy.
