  This amazing female owned game store in St Petersburg Florida is a must visit. Their gaming space is vast for both 40k Warhammer and mtg/Pokémon/yugioh and other card and board games. The owner is very nice and knowledgeable and has fun talking to and interacting with the customers. The product selection is solid for what the stores are able to get their hands on these days. The play area was packed and everyone was joking and having fun interacting within their own pods and the pods around them. If you are in the area I highly recommend checking this LGS out.

  This game store was great!! It is so brightly lit and clean, and the staff was so kind and helpful. We are visiting from out of town and came for the Llorwyn Eclipsed pre-release. They sold it out, they were 74 of us playing, and they handled it with professionalism even when the servers went down and we couldn’t access our app. The judges explained new mechanics beforehand which was super helpful, and they made sure to find out if there were new players and let them know how the process worked and who to ask for help. Overall, we will be back when we’re in town again, and I’d highly recommend

  I've been playing Magic for well over 15 years. This store goes really far in making you feel comfortable, have very reasonable pricing and the Judge and organizing staff for events are doing an amazing job. I can't wait to get down to game some more! Walking into Critical Hit, is like rolling a NAT 20!

  Comfy chairs, well air conditioned, clean gender neutral bathrooms. Lots of games and accessories to browse through. This place has the right stuff. Even with a bunch of people the sound deadening is good enough that you can still hear conversation at your game. This game shop gets my recommendation if you're in the area. Edit: They are also upgrading the older chairs and doing a big refresh to the space. Just added a great hobby center with lights, cutting mats.   I was so excited to check this place out, my husband and I went there today, 12/21 as I have been wanting to start learning how to play Disney Lorcana and also check out what cards and accessories they have. The guy at the cashier desk was not friendly at all and seemed not wanting to be there or talk to us. We had told him it was our first time here and my husband had mentioned how I wanted to start playing Disney Lorcana. The guy standing at the desk say to much and we didn’t feel very welcomed coming in.

  I’ve been in several times over the last two years as it’s over an hour and a half drive one way for me to come. Selection is decent, isn’t following MSRP and is inflated ($7 pack for $10). However. The last 2 times I’ve been in, an overweight man with black hair and glasses (I apologize, I’ve never been able to catch his name) has been at the counter. I only come in on Saturdays and Sundays because of how far of a drive it is for me. The first experience I had with him wasn’t great.   The store has seriously fallen off from where it was when I first started going. I recently requested to pre-order the Chocobo Bundle for the Final Fantasy holiday set, after getting notified that it had arrived, they tried to tell me it was a little shy of $190. For reference, it is less than that to purchase it from basically anywhere else that I have seen, be it online or in other stores. Frankly put, it’s being ran like a scalping shop, not a LGS. They’re basing their prices not on what they’re paying to receive product and make profit on, but what the markets are on sites like TCGPlayer.

  Owners are genuinely kind and welcoming. My son just got into D&D and they really take the time to make sure all his questions are answered. Store is great with super reasonable pricing, snacks, drinks, etc. They do everything possible to make the store comfortable and fun. Definitely stop by and support this local small business - you won’t regret it!
