  If I could leave zero stars, I would. I really wanted to like Diamonds in the Rough. My first couple of purchases in August were rocky—127 cards on August 16th and another 19 on August 18th. The orders were bundled (a nice gesture), but the package was never shipped. The tracking number belonged to a completely different customer 1,400 miles away. After a month of emails, delays, and searching for cards that apparently “could not be located,” I eventually received about 95 of the 146 cards I purchased and was refunded for the rest.   The dude is super duper friendly and nice. His price is the best in portland. Sad thing is he mainly focus on magic cards and Pokémon. He has no YuGiOh. If you love magic and want a great deal this shop is the shop for you. Dude deserve a 5 stars out of 5.. Will I go there again? Definitely! My only advice is have more selection of card sleeves and binder (accessories) available.

  Visited thia store for the first time with my wife and my son, who is just beginning his card collecting journey. Just as we began to explore the store, my wife accidentally took steps towards the back end of the store.....which apparently is employees-only (of course there were no sign indicating that). Then, an older fella behind the counter loses his mind and screans at my wife. It completely caught us off guard and scared the hell out of my son to a point he demanded we leave right away.   Love this place! Stumbled across it after living in Tigard for years, and am disappointed we didn’t find it sooner! Prices are fair, and his bulk bins are rotated frequently. I just started getting into Magic, and building my own decks! I find new MTG cards every time I go, and the owner answers every one of my questions, no matter how random or open ended.
