  Called the day before a release owner said to come at open. Drive all the way down in a winter storm wait in line for a product they don't even have. Why tell people to line up before open if you don't even have said product. Owner was short with everyone off the bat rude, unhelpful unapologetic. Would never spend my money here again. *edit responding to owners comment* As the owner of the store its your job to monitor what your employees are telling your customers.   Awesome hobby store. Staff is nice and very helpful. Great selection of stuff, spanning everything from card games, board games, miniatures and more! Store is clean and chairs and tables were some of the best I've seen in a store like this. People in the store were chill, mostly playing Commander (which is also what I was doing). Will definitely be back!
