  I've stopped into the shop a good few times over the years as a kid, and now as a young adult. Their inventory and collection is downright impressive, for collectibles, figures and card games. All of their products are priced fairly, and it has a kindhearted owner. I love the shop and it's feel, clutter doesn't bother me and is understandable. ❤️ Edit: Had a minor issue that was resolved with great support. Couldn't recommend them more!

  Holy cow this place is a disaster. Couldn't even access one aisle because of junk just stacked up. Nothing has prices and the man behind the counter seemed annoyed that we asked about prices on two Final Fantasy boxes. Also inquired about the 2025 bowman mega box, they wanted almost double what Target or Fanatics charges. Just do yourself a favor and avoid.

  We took our kiddo here on a whim to take a look at Pokemon items, but the moment we stepped through the door our anxiety was through the roof. Awesome that there is so much inventory, but the storage is an issue and honestly a fire hazard. There were times where we were pressed against stacks of boxes just in order to let other shopgoers pass by us. We enjoyed looking through the Pokemon cards but there is absolutely zero organization to any of the inventory, so I wouldn’t go in looking for something specific.   My compadre and I are in town for work and stopped in yesterday. Sure there was clutter, yes it was overwhelming, but no, it was in no way a bad experience.... Except for my pack pulls. But that's no one's fault. The store clerk could have been a little more jovial but they had a pretty sweet selection of just about anything you could think up. Some things we asked about were too far buried to dig out. Others he couldn't get to. But I did make purchases and walked out satisfied. If we make it back this way again, I think I'd be inclined to stop back in.

  I like that Dizzy Dugout offers stuff that my children are interested in. The curbside display peaked their interest to go inside. They had fun looking through the stickers and Pokémon things and enjoyed it. I am happy that this business is still around during Covid times. I would offer the suggestion to at least clear the isle walkways so you can walk around without potentially tripping. This store is in no way able to accommodate a wheelchair with ease. I see that the owner is active in responding to reviews which is a good bonus. I like that I was asked many times for help. Someone looking

  7/18/25 - Placed Paid Order Online for over $1K 7/25/25 - Called and spoke to Nick after no email indicating shipment. He didn't know what was going on and said Mike the owner would get back to me after he spoke to him. 7/25/25 - Got email from Mike with 2 small refunds to ensure transaction was verifiable and not fraudulent. Replied same day validating details. 7/30/25 - No response received via email so called again and spoke to Austin who had no idea on status of order and said Mike would call me back. 7/30/25 - Mike called back shortly thereafter and said email had ended up in spam fol

  I’ve been shopping this store for years. Took my 13-year-old son there for his first visit. Store was in disarray cluttered felt overflowing with product. Multiple employees really lacking engagement smelled of mildew. I really hope they can bring this place back to what it used to be
