Some customers can occasionally be a little misogynistic or problematic (like at any store) but the store doesn’t stand for it— they make sure to create a warm and inclusive space for everyone.   I’ve been shopping here for around 7ish months, and prices have always been reasonable. But they’re wanting to charge $280 for the newest set of OPTCG. MSRP is around $120, and even with a slight markup I’d still be fine with it. Over double is just ridiculous and a slap in the face to the hobby in general. There’s other ways to prevent scalpers from buying everything up rather than pricing out everyone. Very disappointing.

  $280 for the new one piece case? That is $40 above market and OVER double MSRP. Atleast offer an option to break the seal for a lower price as to not price out actual players...

  As a person who has traveled to many different game stores because of work I regularly go into a store's event without being a local or regular customer of said store. As an outsider sometimes it is hard to get a game started because sometimes people already know each other and they play in their groups, so it is sometimes tough as an outsider to fit in. That being said, I really appreciate when the community and staff are friendly, and they welcome you with open arms.   Visited for the first time today and picked up paint, dice, and some miniatures for my DnD game. All of the prices were good, and the staff was great, especially nice to my kids. The board game selection is smaller than other places, but they're all top quality boardgames, without the lame filler cluttering the shelves of larger stores. I strongly recommend this place for your tabletop hobby needs.

  Game time is selling cards for scalpers prices! This is a brick and mortar store with distributors and still selling products for scalpers price. On launch day of Prismatic Evolutions They was selling the ETBs for $110 or more. MSRP for a ETB is $55. One week later I found them at Walmart for MSRP. I recommend not buying from Game Time unless it's MSRP or slightly and I mean slightly above it! I used to buy from this store a lot and last booster box I bought of surging sparks was marked up here to what it was selling online for and that was launch weekend too. Edit after the owner replied.   Game Time has very helpful and friendly staff. After being out of MTG for several years, I walked in to the store and the staff helped me round up all the pieces I needed to make a new deck and play a tournament that very day. I love they always have the singles I need. I also enjoy the community they foster. You can tell they truly care about their customers and the health of the community.

  This is a great local store that has always taken care of me and helped me find what I need. The staff is always really friendly and helpful. The play area is large and clean, they have a great selection on magic and related accessories, and they have a clean restroom. There’s a lot of care that goes into this store, and it shows. I’ve been to plenty of LGSs that left a lot to be desired in terms of service, product selection, and cleanliness, and I have never felt that way at Game Time. I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to play some magic or one of the other card games they host
