  I'm really into board games and playing TCG's. So, being new in Loveland I decided to check out my local game stores and found Grand Slam. I pulled up and went into the Comic book store, not knowing there were TWO separate stores. No worries, I decided to curiously look around. Right away I was greeted by a very pleasant lady working who was with another customer. As I looked around she still checked in on me time to time.   Incredible store! Isaac is awesome. He was a huge help when it came to tracking down specific back-issues. He was also beyond friendly and it was a joy talking to him. He is incredibly knowledgeable and a true delight. One of the best comic book shops that I have ever had the pleasure of visiting.

  I have been in this shop several times in the last two months and spent over 500.00 on products, I have always dealt with the lady that works there and she is so friendly and helpful you don't mind spending some money, I went in there on a Friday and had the unfortunate experience of dealing with the actual owner and he is just the opposite he does not acknowledge you, he has the personality of a mad rattle snake and it makes you regret the money that you have already spent, he really should just stay home and the store would be better off, I know I will never go there again

  very rude walked in asking a few questions. it being a little mom and pop shop i figured i could haggle a couple buck on bigger ticket items like big boxes of pokemon cards. were not willing to change any prices even if you do want to buy multiples or god forbid you try to buy bulk

  Nothing but good experiences since returning to this location. The wonderful lady that does the comics never misses a book for my box and remembers to add anything new for world events or even random one offs for my favorites. Highest quality customer service I've had in 5 years. Y'all rock!
