  I’ve only been dealing with Great Moments since August because I just started getting into collecting and looking for autograph signings with my son. The owners and associates are fantastic! great conversation, great customer service and always going the extra mile for their customers. I love the fact that if you can’t make it to one of their signings, they allow you to drop off your item(s) to get signed at no extra charge! I have used this option multiple times already. Also, need your item(s) authenticated? They will take your items to the local show that they are going to and get it done!

  Very nice, comfortable & easy to browse. Well stocked of memorabilia, but not overwhelming. I was able to pick out 2 great Christmas gifts for my boss.   PJ in white marsh is awesome! The only reason I did not love my experience is bc it's a 3 hour drive round trip, not their fault but a pain in the rear. I left a jacket for Pitta and Elam to autograph, just made it before closing. He helped me find the place over the phone and when I called before he was incredibly helpful. It was about 9 pm (closing time when we took care of business) I wanted to look around briefly and he had no problem with that. I stumbled upon a shirt I had to have and if he would have said nope, closing time, they would have missed that sale and my loyalty to this store.

  I have shopped here many times. I stopped in last Sunday around 5 PM. There was one lady working there. She and I began debating about a player that we definitely disagreed on. I told her numerous times that this was like a political discussion where it was pointless to continue because neither one of us would agree with the other. She continued to challenge me and was very antagonizing. At one point she asked me " do you know him personally? " when I told her that I actually do she does not know what to say next. My girlfriend tried to calm down the situation by talking about Torrey Smi
