  Absolute Joke of a Shop! 3 Orders GB#9179,GB#9432,GB#9481 all over 1000$ arrived damaged.Now they website states that if you have a problem write Support. Well they Support does not exist no answer to several emails, no answer to Facebook messages nobody picks up the Phone. All they do is sending out damaged Booster Boxes and Booster Box Cases and scamm1ng international Customers.

  I don’t usually leave reviews or speak up like this, but I genuinely cannot say a single bad thing about GuuBuu Hobby. I’ve been going to this shop for the last four years, and they’ve always been amazing. They have a fantastic product selection, the staff is great, and Dave is one of the nicest guys I’ve ever met. He literally knows everything about every card game they sell. I mainly buy sports cards, and we’re always joking about the Colts and how trash they are 😂.   This store is the greatest in both prices for product and play environment amongst other players. The shopkeepers know all the local players by name and are always friendly. So much so that their local player program rewards those that show up regularly for events with msrp prices for product. Which really encourages others to help teach people new games or to learn new games themselves. Highly recommend this store especially if you are looking for a community to fit into.   If I could give 0 stars I would!!! I had the worst customer service experience I’ve ever dealt with when ordering from GuuBuu. I placed an order worth $390 of Phantasmal Flames Pokémon products, and the package was stolen from my home. Despite doing everything a customer could possibly do, including having an extensive back‑and‑forth with their customer service team and even filing an official police report, GuuBuu Hobby still refused to refund me. UPS marked the package as “delivered,” but the photo they provided does not show my house number or anything that proves the package was delivered
