  Me and my friends were greeted with a annoyed "how can I help you?" from the owner, who was blocking the door with his very cute dog. When I responded "oh just to look around" he only allowed one of us in at a time. I assume it's because we are all young adults but I was so annoyed. I'm here to give you business, honestly just super rude. The only good thing about the store is that it had a lot of cool models. Though I got to see the outside of the store. The dog looked so friendly to 😭

  UNHappy Hobby… I don’t normally leave reviews, which should tell you something about my experience here. Positive: Amazing selection of current and rare, out-of-production plastic model kits. Negatives: The owner and the condition of the store. As others have commented, the owner is incredibly rude. If you don’t know exactly what you are looking for, or you don’t buy anything, he will accuse you of wasting his time. I actually thought he was joking, until I realized he wasn’t.   Owner was extremely friendly. Did end up finding basically exactly what I was hoping to find so I was surprised on that however be warned the space is very very tight and some areas you can’t physically get to due to random stuff blocking areas. Might not be for everyone but was an interesting experience to say the least

  My son and I went there 9/18/24. Having never been there I had no idea what to expect. The owner was out front sitting with his dog and a friend talking . We were let in and my mouth hit the floor. This is the store I was looking for. Yes there is a lot and you have to dig . I am old and this is what A hobby shop always was to me. None of the crap you see at the hobby town or other so called hobby stores. This is what I remember as a kid seeing at other places now gone. I will be returning and spending more time.   A place you could spend endless hours looking at collector items and hobby supplies. Owner (and owner's dog) are friendly and helpful! Went in not wanting/needing anything and left the shop with a few purchases that will help assist in my hobbies. I will definitely be going back, if anything, to find something new to spark creativity!
