  To be perfectly clear and upfront, I've personally never been to Hobby Addicts' physical location. I live about 350 south of their location in California. However, I have ordered items from them online several times, and each time has been a genuinely wonderful experience that has earned my repeated online business. Every time I have ordered from them, mainly TCG (trading card games) items, I have received my order within a few days.   I would give this shop less than 1 star. My husband and I are avid Pokemon buyers , collectors and sellers. We spent thousands of dollars on boxes, packs, booster sets and the larger sized expensive boxes. All of which we have recipes for. We took two binders in to Hobby Addicts, we had some expensive cards we’ve collected over the last year. Then after examine and pulling the cards he wanted to buy from us, he accused us of being thieves because we were unsure what set a card came from. We have thousands of cards… and putting them in binders it’s hard to remember just what set a particular ca

  The male worker was very rude. I walked in when he was near the door, greater him and got ignored as he walked to the to the white couple that walked in behind me and as im waking around I see him at the corner of the isle watching and when I go to ask for help just get told if I don’t know what I’m looking for then maybe it’s the the store for me instead of actually engaging and helping. The lady was very nice and polite, she was busy when I rented but she apologized for not greeting me and ask if I needed anything which was more than what the male did. Good stuff but that guy needs to chill
