  Hollywood Movies and Games in Jeffersonville is hands down one of the best specialty stores around. The selection is incredible — movies, video games, collectibles, and hard-to-find items (a sega genesis!!!) you won’t see in big box stores. Whether you’re into retro classics or the newest releases, they have something for everyone. The customer service really sets them apart. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely helpful. They take the time to answer questions, make recommendations, and make sure you leave happy. Great prices, great atmosphere, and an awesome overall experience

  We absolutely love this store! We come in as often as we can to see what new games or collectible things they have, and always end up leaving with more things than we planned.   I'm very bummed to have to write this review. I went into this shop expecting the reviews to be true. However, everything on their shelves were either at market price or above. For a shop that recieves product at distribution costs, this is alarming. The staff are not very welcoming either.

  This store and its owner are absolutely amazing. I have been given the best possible customer service and care each and every time I have walked in the door. It’s very easy to tell when talking to the owner and staff that they care very deeply for you and what they do. I recently purchased a 3DS and a Pokemon game and I have 0 complaints. Absolutely amazing!!!!

  Second visit. This time for an undiscovered crack in a DVD bought there on my last visit. Received the same outstanding customer service as before from the same great employees and they made it right. I now stop there every time I come to town to visit family. Tons of DVD's and CDs.   I have visited this location several times, and each time the staff has been super friendly! It is a locally owned, family-run business. The space is large, bright, and very clean. They clearly take pride in their business. They sell new and used video games, game systems, board games, toys, collectibles, cards, and Disney Loungefly bags. There are tables setup where they host card and gaming events. They sell an assortment of snacks and drinks. They also purchase used games, collectibles, and consoles. They will either give you cash or in-store credit for those trade-ins. I have found their
