  This is a store you need to see to believe. They are filled to the brim with all things nerd and have incredible staff. As an mtg fan, I was pleased with their pack selection and amount of bulk. They also have a good selection of precons and booster boxes. Additionally, they have just about every tcg gaming accessory you can think of. Never seen that many colors of dragon shield sleeves in one place before!

  If you are looking for classic and retro games, toys, vinyl, this is the place to go. They have collectible statues as well. They also have pokemon, magic the gathering, lorcana, Star Wars trading card game products. They have products for board games, as well as tabletop games like dungeons and dragons or Warhammer 40k. Each location sortof specializes in a certain area more than the others, but each location has has all of these items in some capacity. For example the west des moines location has an entire room dedicated to Lego.

  This is the best organized of the 3 stores. The enthusiasm and passion of the staff is just as good, if not better, than the other 2 larger stores. The selection is better and more organized than the other 2 stores too. This will always be my first stop in Ankeny. Stop in and take your time looking around cuz you may find that item you just can't live without it.

  Overall fun and interesting place to shop. However, not a fan of the return policy. You don’t get your money back even if the item hasn’t been opened and you have the receipt. Don’t love that. If I had known about the policy before purchasing, I wouldn’t have bought it in the first place. Store credit is fine, but once I’ve used it I can’t say I’ll return anytime soon.
