  I have been going to Johnny B's for almost 10 years now and all I can say is his most recent store refresh has been my favorite. He has gotten brand new cases with lights to help see the singles better and is constantly putting new products in the case. On top of that he just recently refilled the shelves with a lot of product that is hard to come by now a days. I know when I go to Johnny's I am always going to get a good deal, his prices are always either right around market value if not even cheaper then what you can get online for somethings.   Frank at Johnny B's planted the seed for my collection journey. I originally brought him various cards to get a valuation on them and he kindly told me they weren't nothing special 😂. But he allowed me to pick certain cards and have them for free! Ever since, I promised to drive a hour out and shop with at least once a month. He secretly places valuable cards throughout the whole store and I have no problem spending hours searching each box. I don't build my own collection of cards as fast if it wasn't for Frank's generosity. Thank you.

  Absolutely terrible experience. The guy barely gave us any attention when we asked to look through his Pokémon cards. It felt like we were inconveniencing him just by being there. The entire interaction felt dismissive and condescending, as if he viewed himself as above engaging with potential buyers. It wasn’t just poor customer service it was a clear lack of basic respect. To make matters worse, he was trying to sell a raw mid condition Charizard for more than what a PSA 10 graded version of the same card is even worth.   I was there with a friend and the overall vibe just felt uncomfortable. When we asked to look at some Pokémon cards, it seemed like we were inconveniencing him. The interaction didn’t feel welcoming, and it left a bad impression. If I were you, I would stay away or at least be cautious.
