  Great shop filled with great people. Not with just the employees that work there, but the crowd that they attract and bring in. It's a fun causal environment for people passionate in all TCG franchises. They have a wonderful preorder system that allows so many people to get their hands on TCG releases at MSRP. They also have a limit to what you can buy to keep people honest and allow others to join in on the excitement. Also worth mentioning, they have a wonderful supply of TCG accessories you'll ever need, a bulk room for your deck building pleasure, board games, and snacks when needed. A sh

  Kobald's Keep is awesome! The staff are very friendly and helpful, their prices are super fair, and they have a great selection of single and sealed for a variety of games. They don't charge an arm and a leg for product which I so appreciate because they helped me get closer to my journey together master set! Highly recommend!

  I've only come here to shill my multilevel marketing course. In all seriousness, KK is among the best of the tcg/board game shops in the Reno/Sparks area. Staff is always incredibly friendly and are active on their discord, assisting folks with questions and concerns. They don't shy away from dialogue and in my experience have been very transparent. Their current space is a little tight, but they are moving soon, which should resolve that concern. My wife and I continue to come back again and again.

  This is without a doubt a Reno/Sparks hidden gem!!! They have the widest TCG selection, and singles to go with them! They also have many board games to choose from, and the friendliest staff to help you choose. It really feels like a game store for the player. Prices are reasonable, the environment is friendly, and there are more options than you can shake a stick at. If you haven't ventured over, I would 100% recommend doing so!

  I have gone to Kobold's Keep a handful of times and have received worse service from the employees each time I've stepped in. The first time I walked in they were supper busy so I understand not being able to spend a bunch of time with people so I tried to be as quick as I could to not hold up then or anyone else trying to do anything. Every other time I've gone was fairly empty. Went with a list of cards I wanted showed the employee what I was looking for. And showed zero to any interest in helping me find anything.   Went in today for the first time with my family and had a great experience! The lady behind the counter was very kind and helpful. Store had lots of products to choose from with fair prices. I will be back for more purchases. {re-review} pretty disappointed today come to find out that maybe that helpful person was not as helpful as i thought. when i came in the first time i was asking about one piece cards and at the time had no boosters and said they would be getting more once the new op-13 drop, i asked about them selling boxes and they said they do, how ever was never informed about having

  An extremely cozy hole-in-the-wall game shop! The staff were all super friendly and helpful and they had a great selection. I love how safe and comfy the whole shop feels <3 I wish I'd have gotten more pics of the inside, but this is the gorgeous dice set I got for my new DnD character!
