Tried to return it, unopened, price sticker still intact, in perfect condition with receipt. no refund, no store credit, no exchange. Noone, nor the manager would budge. 15 day return policy.   I pre-ordered a case and while picking it up, a younger caucasian worker came up to me and I guess jokingly said “don’t be stealing!” And said “oh I guess you couldn’t pre-order in person and look at his face”. And when I mentioned I was going to open the case with my boys, he said “I guess we’re not your boys huh?”. I get it, we’re all gamers. But I thought his comments were inappropriate. I don’t know him like that, and what I do with my case that I fairly pre-ordered was my business. I asked if he was a player, and he said he wasn’t, so it made even less sense why he was grilling me.   Walked in. No greeting. Was ready to spend some money. Felt Employees were too busy talking amongst themselves or on their phones when customers need help. Very poor customer service. Hope changes will be made since I am a long term customer and I love this store.

  It's a nice place to stop by if you're interested in Comics, figures, games, etc. They have a nice selection of board games and figures of American and Japanese comics. I highly recommend this place for young adults and anybody interested in these items. It would have been perfect if they had had more American comic books for customers looking for them, but their current selection wasn't bad.
