  My son & I happen to be in the area and live about 45 mins away. I decided to search local Pokémon shops and we found Maximus. First off we have a local card shop my teenager loves. After 10 minutes in this store, meeting the owner James and buying a few things my son was hooked. This store may look small but hidden inside are amazing finds. You need to understand (which I leave to my son) that prices change daily and these cards are investments which anyone can look up online what a product is worth. James is fair, I’ve watched him with kids who come for fun and customers like my son who buy

  One of the best TCG Pokemon cards I’ve been to. Love how organized it is with all their bulk cards being organized by sets. James the owner is great helping with any questions you have. Have everything you need if you are a collector or play Pokemon. Have a great variety of cards and great selections of graded slab cards. Would highly recommend checking this place out and can’t wait to go back again soon.

  Just starting going here last week and getting back into collecting. This is a great place to shop for Pokemon! The staff is also super friendly and knowledgeable about Pokemon!! Great place for birthday gifts, and holidays! Support the small businesses!! This will be my one of my forever spots for Pokemon. Jackie took the the time to price out all my older Pokemon and the Owner James is great!

  JUST THEE ABSOLUTE BEST! The owner James is wonderful, polite, as well as knowledgeable about w.e topic revolving around cards n etc. Him, his employees and the shop are oh sooo welcoming and warm. They make you feel as though you've been coming there for years, and that was my 1st time!!! Definitely will be back, multiple times in the very near future!!! Kudos to James and his team!   "I can’t say enough good things about this place! My wife and I went there looking for Pokémon, and we definitely found some cool cards; they had a lot to look at. Also, the gentleman working there around 10:30 AM on Sunday, January 4, was awesome. He answered all our questions and was super nice. It was just a great experience, and we will definitely be going back soon!" “Edit” we tried to come the following Sunday and no one was there we showed up at around 10:30 am says it was open and we showed up around same time last weekend so we aren’t sure.

  This was my favorite place to buy pokemon cards but they ended up pulling a lot of their stock of cards off the shelf so they could put them into gambling mystery bags. If I wanted to gamble there are plenty of places for that. With that said they still have the best prices around and a decent selection.

  Every time I've come in, they've been super nice. They also chat with you and make you feel comfortable. Most of the times I've come in, I've been helped by Jackie and the other girl (cannot remember your name I'm so sorry). Both super nice and helpful. This time around I was helped by James and Gio. Same level of comfort, and James was super nice to help me look for stuff I wanted in their boxes. Also, they're both very funny. Highly recommend this place if you want a down to earth feeling and wide selection of packs, etbs, boxes, and singles.
