  Defiantly top notch. I was selling a couple things, including 2 seasons of Torchwood. I had the most pleasant and super geeked out conversation the whole time about the show and Dr Who with the cashier!! It was honestly the highlight of my week. Didn’t quite get as much as I hoped on the cash, but I want even upset because I had such a great time 😁

  I was selling a Ps4 with controller and power cable and the first 2 Spiderman games and they offered me less than what GameStop was offering me for the console and controller. They were polite and did a check on the console, controller, and games though. So buying is safe here.

  Very poor customer service experience last time I was there. They gave an extremely low cash offer on a product worth $1,000, and proceeded to get angry and verbally abusive when I asked for a better offer. The manager told me to get out of their store while initially refusing to give me my item back all while poorly attempting to bait me to go behind the counter to get my item back. Their reaction to my attempt to respectfully negotiate a better item was uncalled for. Beware of this place. They do not offer fair prices both when buying items and selling them. Hopefully people realize this a

  Half the store reeked of vomit, it made all of us nauseous. If you love sports games, you'd LOVE this store since it's literally all they have. The shelves were almost all empty. It was insane to see a disk replay shop that bad off. Oh man, the smell was awful, the fact that they didn't even try to cover it up was insane.

  Always love the store. I like the personal touch they had though when they were at Northwest when employees would help you with movies now they say the shop is way too big to have that personal touch anymore. Other than that I would’ve given a five stars.
