  Monster Games is truly the best card and nerd store I’ve ever been to! The staff are so kind and helpful, and genuinely connect with all of their customers. They have a huge selection of different fandoms and games, and the staff is very knowledgeable on everything. The vibes are amazing, and it’s the only place my husband and I will even go to for cards or anything nerd related, for both the community vibe it has and experience as well as the merchandise! Pricing is always very fair and on level with what other stores are. Monster Games definitely has our buissness for life!

  I’ve been a regular customer at Monster Games for quite a while because of how close it is to where I live. Over time, I’ve spent hundreds of dollars here on singles, packs, sleeves, and other accessories, often bringing my girlfriend’s kids with me. The staff recognizes me, and I’ve made a conscious effort to support this shop despite prices being significantly higher than most local stores and online retailers.   Was a little wary of this place because of all the negative reviews, but it was fine from my experience. Staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Prices were a little high, but I think it is fair given the current market value on some tcg products. I spent an hour using the tables to go through bulk and they had no issue with it Edit: Modifying this review after I learned there are no price changes on cards unless a manager is working. If that is the case, there should be a manager every day as the market is fluid.

  The card shop keeps a good selection of stuff but they sell their products at scalper prices , even when they received it at msrp. In some instances it's actually cheaper to buy from scalpers than it is from them. Also do not expect to purchase products as they appear on shelves, the store will always open the products whether its tins, or bundles or sticker collections and sell the packs individually at very high prices to maximize profit. The staff is friendly but their gouging of their own community doesn't let me rate them much higher.

  DO NOT BUY/SELL HERE! These guys will scam you at every turn. They marked a card with a lot of whiting as LP, I asked if they could do a deal they refused. I ended up purchasing the $200 card as it was one I was missing from a set. When I got to my card I went to take a picture and noticed a crease on the front. Hard to see at first glance as it is a textured full art. I brought the card back and showed them the damage. The guy called the owner and mentioned the crease and he knew which card he was talking about, however they said that because card had left, they will not refund only exchange.

  I just moved to the area and There are better cards hobby shops in the area. The selection is ok not the best I have seen, Customer service is also lacking and the as for the pokemon cards I calculated when I got home and I paid about full price on TCG plus 5% to 7% more. I asked the employee for a deal due to market value is just a suggestion and he said no. I ask if I can pay even price and again no. I guess rent is expensive in the location, just do your homework. In my case I will not recommend or go back. Trust I been to shops all over Florida due to my line of work and already have an id
