  40 yr old recent re-entry to Pokemon market...came in looking for specific cards for PFS set...very helpful. Left with 30+ individual Japanese packs. Great customer service. Good conversation. As someone new to hobby I appreciated that they were able to "adapt" to my level and provide such a positive customer experience. Definitely will be back. Need some signage in window or sandwich board on sidewalk!

  EDIT: had some comping and percentage issues that were all squared away, the person on the phone (Daniel I believe) was incredibly helpful and was able to get everything fixed. The Facebook advertising has been updated to correct store percentage offers as apparently the percentages listed were a mistake but they still fixed everything based off the rates listed yesterday. Luckily everything was squared away and no issues remain, I would still advise doing your own comping to ensure the accuracy of the numbers given in store Brought some one piece cards in to trade for cash, didn’t follow the

  Great selection but went in, bought an open box of OP-14 with 23/24 packs. Not a single hit in the box - was just full of leftover packs from boxes that already had their hits pulled. Be very cautious buying single packs here
