  Great shop for one piece product, the main hinderance is the lack of stock for the most part. When you do find product you pay MSRP which is great to see. When I’m in Plano I usually stop here and check to see what they have, usually not much to be honest but sometimes they have a few different boxes for sale. Last time I found op07 and op10. Grabbed a box of each and got some nice decent pulls. The staff is great and friendly and attentive to the customers. The shop is located inside a market and next to a cafeteria with great Asian food. Lovely stop for a rip and some ramen.

  Overall 5/5 I will return Being new to the card game, i just wanted to get more cards and start deck building. Lee helped me out A-LOT and walked me through simple game mechanics and deck recommendations. He took a-lot of time to explain everything and did not rush me at all. I saw previous posts about bad customer service, these people must’ve been working with someone else cause it wasn’t Lee. I doubt you could find lower prices since this is an affiliated store: they do tournaments here, but I can see that getting pretty crowded since it is in a market.   Great products, nice play to hang out for fans. The down side staff seems like they hate being there and not super friendly. Also opening people products isn’t for them to do. People are going to scalp because of popularity and prices of cards but you don’t have to ruin it for others to try and police it.

  I really want to like this place but am disappointed by what I found. Great place for local folks to gather and play, but there aren't that many tables. It's in Mitusa so it's great to pick up snacks and things for the game .. but it's very cramped though. Was hoping to see more items but it's very limited in what they sell. They do not sell individual cards. Hopefully Bandai really put some thoughts into where they place the store and what their intended goal is for the placement of the shop.
