  I visited Pandamonium Games while on a work trip from Dallas, TX, and it was easily one of the highlights of my trip. The shop has a fantastic selection and very fair pricing for everything TCG-related. What really stood out, though, was the welcoming atmosphere. Brandon, Mike, Anthony, and Brent went above and beyond—they took the time to play with me, chat, and made me feel completely at home. If you're into trading card games and find yourself in the area, this shop is an absolute must-visit!

  Wow what a great gaming experience! We came for our boy's 11th birthday and the manager Anthony really hooked us up! What a lovely person and spent so much time with us and the kids, explaining the games, trading cards and generally being an excellent Game store host. Lots of free to play gammes to try before you buy. We will be back!!

  i was crazy excited to come here bc i live in a nearby city that’s an hour away and i’ve been begging my parents to let me get anime figures from here because we come to new orleans around once a month, but when we came today (a monday) at around 3:05, we waited until 3:35 for someone to open it incase they were running late. nobody came by then so we left and i’m super disappointed :(((

  Can't speak to the in-person experience with this store, but if you're thinking of placing any sort of pre-order with them, I would advise you to look elsewhere. Unresponsive, shady and unaccommodating. They took my money as year-long interest-free loan and failed to honor any part of the transaction. I can understand there are product shortages and allocation issues; however, stringing customers along and failing to deliver any part of their order speaks volumes and stinks of greedily holding product due to market price increases.

  Great place to meetup and play with friends. Plenty of room to play and they have weekly events as well. I've gone to magic and pokemon nights and had a great time at each. The staff is nice and they have a good selection of bulk and binders to look through along with sealed product. I wish they would have a bit more pokemon sealed product but it seems to sell very fast.
