  There’s such a great selection of cards here, full sets that you can’t find anywhere else & decks that I’ve hunted for for awhile. The merch is great too, and I always find extra goodies to go home with. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They also really know their product.   I LOVE THIS PLACE!! First time going in I was met with wonderful energy and honestly the nicest customer service ever from Shawn. The prices, in my opinion, are slightly high, however what they up price they make up for in customer service and availability. My first time coming in I picked up a prismatic tin and a white flare booster bundle and I got incredibly lucky and got a god pack! Definitely going to keep going back, It was the best experience I’ve had coming into a poke-stop store for the first time and will continue to be my go to pokestop store. :)

  I just discovered PokéStop in Encino and I'm obsessed! The staff are super knowledgeable and helpful, and their selection of Pokémon cards are pretty good. I found some really rare ones for my collection. The store is also really well organized and clean. If you're a Pokémon fan like me, you have to check it out!

  Shawn was the nicest dude and was very accommodating while going through the selection. He has a wide array of sealed, singles, and other Pokemon products. There’s a seating area to explore the bulk cards with ease. Overall, a great shopping experience and will definitely come back for more Pokemon products!
