  Came to this shop for a Gundam Card Game tournament. They are incredibly organized! Table layout and spacing is nice, and it was easy to move around to find pairings. They have a nice selection of product, fun and friendly staff, and support a wide variety of games. All the locals I spoke to had nothing but positive things to say. Even after the tournament people were still hanging around jamming games since the atmosphere was so chill and comfortable. I will definitely be coming back to enjoy more of their tightly run events!

  These other “good reviews” must be employees or friends reviewing to help cover the bad ones. Went in and seemed like a bother to for them to check prices for us or what they had in stock. Seemed like the staff prioritized stocking the shelves instead of helping the actual paying customers.

  Chill place, everyone that seems to walk in there is always smiling and having a good time. The employees are super friendly ! Dai and Nam have taken care of me so well, super polite and down to earth guys ! They're very honest, and the prices are pretty good ! A lot of product around the store and they know there stuff. If you're looking for a place to shop for hobby cards, this is the place to go ! They'll help you any and all ! Only shop i go to now !

  The place is the most welcoming, with the staff and the players. It has a very relaxing environment, and has very nice players. It supports many TCG games, like Yu-Gi-Oh, Magic, Pokemon, Cardfight Vanguard, One Piece, Shadowverse Evolve, etc. I would recommend going to Primal to see the atmosphere and their products.
