  They have some fantastic jigsaw puzzles and a really good selection of unique boardgames. They also have some RPG's, dice, and MTG (magic the gathering) cards. I think they even have a rental system, but I haven't tried that yet. Well kept, well curated, and helpful staff.

  This is one of the best game shops in Portland! Miles is so knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Our son has been visiting this shop since it opened and has participated in their game nights (for MTG). Was recently there to pick up a gift card for the holidays. So many great games and puzzles! And love the game rental option as well. It's such a great addition to the neighborhood.

  The store has a very intentional, curated selection that really makes you forget the footprint of the store. I went with family and we were happily lost in the shelves for hours discovering board games in many genres. I went into maybe buy one board game but instead walked out with several and I don’t regret it!! Miles and Alex were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about board games! I highly recommend Puddletown and hope to come back soon!!

  Amazing selection and variety of all types of games. I was most impressed with the fact that they had some games that have been sold out everywhere (ex: “Scout). And the employees are very transparent, honest, knowledgeable, and reliable. They are also not pushy, which is great and encourages me to keep coming back. Great selection of games to play/rent at the shop as well.

  Puddletown is a welcoming space, thoughtfully stocked and laid out. I was shopping for a gift for a child but found myself wanting to buy all the games and puzzles for myself! SO many fun, unique, and creative board games for players of all ages. The owner, Miles, is welcoming and super friendly. And of course he's knowledgeable and enthusiastic about all things board games. They also carry role playing games (a whole wall of D&D books and large jars of dice), gorgeous (and affordable!) puzzles, Pokemon and Magic cards, and plenty of other things you'd want to gather around a table with your f

  What a gem! Owner and staff are not just deeply knowledgeable about games, like deeply knowledgeable, but they are incredibly helpful at offering tailored suggestions for your exact gaming needs. Want a fun party social game? Or a two-person co-op game? Funny card games? Cool and beautiful puzzles? They will hook you up! They do rentals so you can try out new ones before committing, then give a discount towards it if you want to buy it. There are fun meet ups in the evenings with different themes. It is a wonderful place! Super welcoming and fun space.
