  Had a wonderful experience, took in my sons PS5 due to a broken HDMI port. Said they could fix it, said they have to tell us 7 days but should have by tomorrow. We dropped it off Friday at 4 and picked it up Friday at 7. Son was very happy, PS5 works great and pricing was reasonable. Overall great experience. Would highly recommend.

  My son brought his ps5 home from a night at his sister's and the hdmi port no longer worked. I googled what the repair usually cost and then googled places to take it. I found this place and headed over praying they were open. Walked in and the guy was super nice. He checked out the ps5 and confirmed the port had went bad. The quote he gave for the fix was with in what I had googled. He told my son it could take up to a week but shouldn't take that long. He had my son do all the work to fill out the info since it was his ps5 (son is 14) and did all the communication through him. They ende

  Just have to commend Redd’s Retro for excellent service. Yesterday, I called wanting to see if they were open since there is that big snow storm coming. Hadn’t hit yet, but some things are already closed. They said they weren’t open, but I could still ask what I was looking for. When I told them what I wanted, they said I could meet them at the store and still get it. I got my XBox Series S for my birthday. The weather wasn’t bad yet, just really cold. But still, that was good service and deserves a solid rating. The XBox and controller are in awesome condition, too. 10/10 will be back.

  Awesome place! Super kind, knowledgeable, and great prices. We traded in a bad Wii we bought from Gamestop that was a week past its return window. The new one works amazingly, and he hooked us up with a wii stand. Totally worth the trip! We even noticed when the guy working seen our young kids he turned the music down (Tyler the Creator).

  They were phenomenal! Took my sons PS5 in for a hdmi repair and they offered a cleaning which we never knew we had to do and they cleaned it and repaired so much more than they quoted me for! The PS5 now runs better than ever and I have a super happy kid again. They are fair priced and a super nice bunch of people in there! Really cool store and my son can’t wait to go back and buy some games! Oh and same day repairs. They had it less than 3 hours and repaired so much.
