  This has been an incredible find! I came in initially to have my PS1 repaired and was impressed by the game selection and quality of service. The owner and his employees know their stuff and have an encyclopedic level of knowledge on all things games and consoles. The pricing was fair and I was able to pickup Seiken Densetsu 3 (Super Famicom) StarWars Podracers(N64) a PS1 and Dual-Trigger PS1 controller. I will definitely be coming back!

  I called to ask about a PS vita, very nice over the phone, and even nicer in person! The space is small, but jam packed with all kinds of video games and consoles. You can find everything! They have wonderful display cases, and a stupendous ambiance. The workers were 10/10 nice. From one game nerd to another. My dad had a wonderful time looking at all the retro games/consoles. This place IS worth a visit. My ps vita was clean, worked, had a memory card. The back was pretty scratched, but as expected for a used. And just needed some minor cleaning, nothing you can’t do. Overall 10/10.

  Very lovely store that was fairly convenient for me to reach. The store puts all of its space to good use and everything feels nicely organized and displayed. Prices are what you would expect for a brick and mortar store, a bit more than market value, but you get the game in hand at that moment, guaranteed to be functional, all while supporting a local business. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure I knew I was buying Japanese import games and that they would work on the console I had. It was a very pleasant experience overall.

  Alex and his team at Retro Game Rescue consistently go above and beyond for our local gaming community. Whether in the store or at conventions, I’ve always had nothing but pleasant interactions with the RGR crew and have seen many others receive the same excellent treatment. They’re definitely the go-to shop for console repairs, often fixing mistakes made by so-called “repair” shops.
