Selection is great, prices for consoles and games seem on par with what I see elsewhere if you’re like me and want to see and touch things in person rather than buying online. I’m giving 4 stars because the staff come across as inattentive/unfriendly while I’ve been there. I think it’s worth going, but the customer service side of things does leave a little to be desired. I really like to be left to my own devices when I shop, and I appreciate that the staff don’t hover. Once I do make my choices or ask for assistance though, a friendly face at the check out or while they get the items in th

I cannot recommend this place in enough!! Are there more than five stars? We went in for a retro game systems remote controls, there were two in the case. We paused as to wander around the store, look at everything, and dive through some LP's. Return to the game controller display. The controllers in the cabinet were gone!!! Our disappointment is overheard by one of the cashiers, who went into the back for twomorhers! Amazing! It's no wonder we spent more than 2 hours in the store. This place is a pure joy!

First review I’ve ever done. If you want to sell or buy pokemon do it anywhere but here. They’re “pokemon expert” will value cards by the lowest sold price (most the time that being damaged) and then will offer you at best 40% of value. All while telling you your cards aren’t desired at all and that he can just buy it online if he actually wanted it. Now let’s move onto prices….the mark up is laughable. I understand wanting to make money but I suggest hiring some people other than ones who look uninterested and sad they have to be at work would be a great start. No wonder they have so much

My go-to media store, I've bought all sorts of things from them (vinyl, CDs, cassettes, DVDs, VHS, retro and new games). The prices are really solid for most items and the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Their pricing isn't the best (in my opinion) for selling things if you're trying to match what you could get for it on say, eBay, but if you're just trying to get rid of a large collection or need cash fast it's all fair. Can't recommend this place enough.

3rd time going into this shop recently and every single time has been frustrating. The first time, my boyfriend and I were sold a non-working 3ds that we had to return. We both were frustrated that the 3ds wasn't checked properly before-hand. 2nd time going in, I was never greeted, talked to, and my questions were ignored. 3rd time I came in was just a few days ago and I was also treated like crap. I asked a worker a question about prices and he let out a loud sigh and said "its 1 dollar..." with an attitude. Tried to ignore it thinking he was just having a bad day. Looked through a box of 1

My wife and I recently sold some CD's to Retro Replay and were helped by Zach and Jesse, who were awesome and accommodating. They gave us a fair amount of money for the CD's and were super friendly. Just want to give a shout out where credit is due. Although I'm no longer a video game consumer, the store looked like paradise for a retro game enthusiast.

Massive size retro store. Probably one the biggest on the east coast. Everything from video games to VHS tapes. Prices are very reasonable and the store credit is great for trade ins . They give you a card for your credit so you can use it at either of their 2 locations. They really help increase my fighting game collection and I will definitely visit again

We were excited to see a local retro shop. The long haired employee was kind of unfriendly, and when we purchased our cards he slapped them on the counter damaging one of my singles. A lot of cards were over market price with no price checking for more expensive cards. Not worth going back to
