Waited in line at 5am for a product release expecting 80 boxes of EB03. I was close to being 50th on line mind you it was only 5am and it was 10am open. I was pretty sure I was good to purchase my 1 box. It started raining and the wind came in as well. We fought through those 5 hours the best we can and when the store opened around 10:15am, the crowd around the front of the store began to flood in and stole spots, store did not control the crowd, there seemingly had been very suspicious people in the front flooding in and skipping the line and they ended up selling out of their EB03 release wi

EB-03 release day: Chairs should not guarantee a spot to buy on release days PERIOD. Not to mention, people shamelessly skipping the entire line AFTER buying. They threw a mask on and recut the line because they had a buddy on line. Security and the police were totally useless at handling this. Also, big shame that on the management and staff for letting it happen AND staff was late to open the store. At this point, there should be a lottery system for releases. Absolutely ridiculous

I've grown up going to this place, and it really sucks to put this review. I wanted to buy something that was $5.00, but they told me they had a $10.00 minimum on debit cards. Legally, they can only do that with credit cards (I called my bank to clarify). After calling my bank, I called the store to ask them to make sure I wasn't tripping. One of the workers told me their machine is set up that way, and they have a $10 limit. According to VISA's website, "Rule: If it’s a debit card, they must accept it for any amount, even if their machine is 'set' to a $10 minimum for credit cards." I filed a

ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE! I called the store wondering if they had any new Pokémon product that was released today and to my surprise they still had a lot of product, they were super nice both over the phone and in person. Prices are reasonable. I love how they wished me luck when opening the park because i’m pretty sure they are the reason why I got good hits. <3

This store doesn’t sell singles at MSRP. They upcharge everything so might as well go somewhere else like Gamers Choice which is more fair. The employees at Royals are quite antisocial and awkward and pretty rude at times. This store also offer only 40% cash and 50% store credit when they buy cards which is a complete rip off. Might as well sell online. Also I overheard the employees talking about weighing packs so if you’re thinking of buying packs, don’t bother since all the Chase cards will have already been pulled.

Waited in line for the EB03 and Ascended Heroes release at Royal when they promised t here will be enough stock for quite a bit of people from their instagram. I showed up and waited for over 3 hours then a ton of people skipped the line, the owners took forever to open and had people waiting out in the rain. They charged $90 per ETB and had no more EB03 left with no store structure for actual players when they let all the scalpers take the spots in the front. I cant support this store anymore

My friends, staff and I have been to this place and had a wonderful time there this was because to look at yugioh cards and buy them. After that then played the game down at the basement and had fun. Also, that there were people in there looking for things to buy.

My kid has playing Pokemon tournaments here for years. They are all nice and friendly. Great social place for the local community and tournaments location!
