  Shuffle and cut games was very nice to visit on my work trip. I tend to like and visit new TCG shops when I travel and this shop was nice. The store was very clean and had a lot to offer from MTG, pokemon, and they also have a ton for table tops like Dnd and Warhammer. On the other side there are tables for everyone to sot and play any TCG or even table tops. I delt with Paul and Trevor the most as I visited 3 different time. Paul has a very serious look to him, but he was very nice and offered to look at the bulk I brought. He let me leave it with him and he and some other employees were able

  If you can get past Hat Guy's horrible customer service (not only was I frustrated by him but observed questionable interactions when speaking to others over the phone and with a coworker. He was overall condescending in every interaction I saw him in including my own), this place is great. The worst part of my experience: I requested 2 magic cards from Hat Guy (the only stuff I was purchasing) and was told to give him a couple of minutes.   I’ve dropped by a half a dozen times since before they moved to the new location next to brea mall both to buy board games and for pokemon cards but haven’t been back for several months now. First off, their selection is unmatched. You can find so many cool board games and tcg related items here. Unfortunately, that’s where my positive review ends. The customer service is lacking, even back when they were at their older location. Not very welcoming so it feels a bit awkward to browse around and when they do acknowledge you, the energy feels a bit off putting. When dealing with tcg, I was wai

  My boyfriend and I were moved from room 1 to room 2 because an event was going to happen which wasnt an issue until we got to room 2 and was told that we couldn't sit at either of the 3 open tabels because they were specifically for board games also overheard this get told to other people wanting to sit in the empty spots. Overall just bad atmosphere

  Earlier today, I visited this store to learn more about MTG, and the morning crew was very nice and informative. I even recommended the place to a friend, and we decided to stop by again later that evening. Unfortunately, the experience was the complete opposite. We stood right in front of the workers by the glass display, but they never acknowledged us or offered help. One was fiddling with a drill, another seemed to be checking inventory—but neither was busy with customers. It felt like we were being ignored. This was disappointing, especially since our first visit exceeded expectations. W
