Signed up for the Union Arena Solo-Leveling demo deck and was successful on the Bandai app. Event start time is at 7:30, I showed up at 7:25 tried to pay and the employees tells me they are calling the names on the app so I should wait for when they call me. Couple minutes go by and I don’t hear my name, I go to ask the employee and they tell me I was kicked out of the event because they started accepting waitlisted people 15min before the event start. This was no communicated in any way other than inside the store, not on the details of the event on the Bandai app or on any socials, so unles

Drove from Royal Palm Beach to Fort Lauderdale for an event that was publicly posted in advance. When I arrived, I was told the product for the event never arrived. There was no prior notice, no update in the event app, and no attempt to notify attendees. What was most disappointing was the response. Instead of taking accountability or offering an apology, staff repeatedly said they “didn’t know.” The event had been announced ahead of time, so there was ample opportunity to update or cancel it if there were issues. This resulted in wasted time, fuel, and effort. At minimum, better communicatio

Great hangout; nice to have a shop that stands for the tcg hobbies at the area. Atmosphere is epic! Maybe the city of sunrise, generally though everyone maintains cordial conversations respects one another. Can't forget to shootout homie Brandon, looks out for real. Don't ever change!

If you like Warhammer & you’re looking at Tate’s for new minis for your pile of shame, this place is it. I came here in the past couple of nights & my God it’s peaceful to paint upstairs. Next time I want to paint with some people. For managerment, I do have some recommendations: - Tower of Games in Boca Raton has a sale wall & they put a WHOLE lot of good stuff on their sale wall that starts at 25% all the way to 75%. (I bought Ordo Xenos Battleforce Box on sale for $165, Ork Boys box for $35) Tate’s needs this. Compounding sales generates larger inventory & more clientele. - Paint options

Went to a mtg pre release recently. It started an hour late because the store held up everyone the event for late entries. Then, every round went 20+ minutes past time because no one was reporting or keeping track of turns. A 3 round pre release that started at 7pm ended past 1 am, 6 hours+ later. Editing with regards to the owners reply: while having new players is an explanation, it's not an excuse. Why is it okay to waste people's time who showed up on time for the event for people who are 1 hour late? Why isn't the store moderating the event so that rounds don't go 20 minutes past time? W

My Go-To for Tabletop Miniatures! They have a great selection and very amicable staff! My gf loves the comics place from the same name a few doors down as well! Overall an amazing hangout spot! Great for families or game night with friends!

I drove two hours to attend the Union Arena Kagurabachi pre-release event for nothing. They simply said they didn’t have the product, didn’t apologize, and didn’t offer any solution. They’re liars. I will NEVER go back. They even ran the event fraudulently — there was no event at all, yet they’re posting as if there was. They’re scammers.

Space, space, and more space! Great gaming space with helpful staff and regular visitors. Magic the Gathering tournaments and pre-release must visit. They also have a fantastic selection of Warhammer figures, paint, and books. A good selection of board games to play as well. They will make every effort to help new and veteran players alike. A great place to bring your young ones as well.
