  The only reason you get one star is because my money was refunded. I wouldn’t give these people a penny. There isn’t a shred of customer service behind these guys. I paid for 2 poker chip pulls totaling $55. They did my pulls on a weekend and said the cards would be sent out Monday with tracking. Monday came and went and nothing was said from them. Tuesday came and I messaged them on Facebook where we had been communicating and didn’t get a response but had my messages read. Same thing happened Wednesday and no answer on the business line, then Thursday same thing read my messages but no reply
