  I just moved here from New York. Yes you can find things in New York but its so messy so unorganized you really have to hunt and most of the time you walk out with nothing most of the people are rude and pay you no mind. Here is a way different and better experience, this place is AWESOME! Every single time I walk in I’m greeted everyone is nice and so helpful, the variety is top notch the prices are easy on your wallet, even the thing I don’t care for are still cool and I look at everything.   Dishonest people! Im new to collecting Pokemon cards and I specifically told the staff I was looking for sealed products priced around MSRP and that I wanted to avoid paying reseller or scalper prices. Four employees spoke with me and assured me their prices were "between MSRP and market price" and that I was getting a fair deal . Because the mall has poor internet service, I trusted what they told me and made my purchase. When I got home and checked the actual price, I realized I had paid FULL INFLATED reseller prices for the the booster packs. As someone new to the hobby, this was a disappoi

  this place was extremely unprofessional. when i had asked for help the younger employee rolled his eyes and told me to “hold on”. He was just on his phone. when i had asked for help he was very dismissive, when i come to these stores i usually am able to talk freely about fandoms , a one on one conversation. i get it if it was packed but there were 2 others roaming the store, and i wanted to talk to the employee, i don’t know if he was having a bad day. but when others would enter the store he would immediately chat with them and have a good time. but when it came to help me he was very rude.
