Love this place. I don’t play Magic- but go there for DnD stuff and the great selection of warpaints and minis. They also have a nice little selection of more “classic” style board games -like codenames/ticket to ride/tabboo Love the vibes. I live across the street and having a safe, fun and welcoming place for youngin’s (and adults) to go and play games is awesome for the community. It seems like a home base and safe space for a lot of people. Owner is always super welcoming - and it always warms my heart to see him helping young kids build their decks, or how patient he is with really excit

What a great little store. The staff/owner was friendly and helpful. The selection of games was good (I saw Magic the Gathering, D&D, Battletech, and more). They even had a fully stocked selection of Army Painter speed paints. They do have a place for people to gather and play as well (looked like Commander was the primary choice). I'm happy to have found a gaming store here in Maryville/Alcoa so I don't have to travel to Knoxville as much anymore.

Can't recommend coming here anymore. I've been a loyal customer to Dalton for well over 2 years now I have refused to buy my singles anywhere else. Today I traded in cards and got ridiculed and made fun of because I needed to buy groceries from the store with the money in front of a store full of people. I will no longer be supportive of this toxic behavior. This man complains about fakes circulating in his store but does absolutely nothing to prevent the circulation and trading in of said fakes. There are people in the store that actively sell fakes to people that play at the game piece and t

I have the utmost respect for the shop owner in maintaining a safe space to play games. He is really kind and helped my daughter find a pod to play Magic in the first time she was there. She has since gained many friends and this is her favorite place to go to. The extended hours are really nice and there are a variety of gaming items for sale.

Not the welcoming positive environment I was originally led to believe it was. Used to enjoy magic drafts and pre releases there, unfortunately the negative experiences outweigh the positive. Owner lacks empathy and the ability to apologize when wrong. Dalton does not honor his word or exhibit integrity. He does offer good trade in rates and accepts cards at pre release which is better than many stores. YMMV I will say that I had many good times and fun experiences there, but the quality of those experiences definitely began to decay over the last 1.5 years I frequented the establishment. I

Used to highly recommend this store but I can't in good faith. The profiling and unprofessional/ unpredictable behavior is appalling. Complaining about fakes circulating while also doing nothing to change or fix the problem is beyond me.
