The coziest game store in all of Omaha. As you enter into this Local Area Game Store, you are greeted by people who are honestly happy to be there. Laughter and friendship surround the gaming tables on the back with open chairs for all. Like most gaming stores should be, the inventory is extensive, the tournaments well run, the prices are comparable, and the bathrooms clean. What sets this store apart, is the people. And unlike other places, not just the people that work there but also the people that play there. Politeness and pleasantness fill the aisles and behind the counter. I have

Epic selection of board games, card packs, and tins/multi-packs. The staff were amazingly kind, helpful, welcoming, and informative on 9 of 10 visits. The staff member working the afternoon of Friday Feb 7 must have been having a rough day, and I excuse her rude/unhappy demeanor based upon my previous positive experiences. I will definitely continue to shop here, and I'd love to recommend (but please don't buy the card packs I'm looking for lol).

The Game Shoppe hosts lots of games and game events! Their inventory of games had something for every skill level. I was impressed that there is a library with games that patrons can play in store and it contains games that are both established as well as new arrivals. I loved playing "Karuba" - an oldie but goodie ❤️

I like The Game Shoppe because they have a nice selection of paints, brushes, terrain, washes, and Warhammer minis. The staff is also knowledgeable about the inventory on the floor or are very helpful and offer to look something up if they’re not sure. They also have a wide selection of games, including kid friendly games and that’s important for us, that there’s something for our kids, too! Everyone is very welcoming when we bring our kids to the store. On the Small Business Saturday redo, someone let my kids watch K Pop Demon Hunters on the tv and even grabbed them chairs - it gave us the 3

Very off-putting staff. They got a call about video game consoles, were kind of curt but I guess polite enough. However, after hanging up they proceeded to earnestly make comments about tricking video game people into the store and that's tricking them into the dumpster out back and locking them in. I don't care if it's "just a joke", it's not appropriate and made me out put the stuff I was going to buy back and walk out. To contrast I saw the same kind question asked at dragon's lair blondo and they were kind and courteous to the person asking and no weird comments/jokes about it after the pe

After getting more time into The TCG world and visiting more card shops ive learned that this store is so over priced even after paying for a membership! After doing more reseach of what I bought and compering it to TCG I overpaid over $100 on a spiderman play booster box and spiderman gift bundle.

Omaha's premier board game, tabletop RPG, card game, and miniature store! They have hundreds of board games with such a huge selection of variety for genre, the number of players, skill level, accessibility, and everything else in between. Usually, they also have one or two games, even out on full display, to see the board, pieces, and what have you. They also have a generous rewards system to continually come back and support a local small business. And even more great news is there is another location in Bellevue that's just as great! Visiting from another state and stopped in on a whim as my wife and I are gamers. They have an absolutely insane amount of tabletop games of all varieties!! The shop attendant was very helpful in locating some titles for us and mentioned what games they had for demo purposes. They had a fairly good sized play area in the back of the shop for either gaming or minis painting. Would highly recommend this shop for locals, visitors and new gamers!
