  I entered the trading card game scene about a year and a half ago. Before this, my only exposure to TCGs was pokemon (as was many others, I'd imagine). This was the very first store I ever played at, and both the owners and community were incredibly welcoming. They have a large collection of every popular TCG, and the staff are always willing to answer any and all questions, which have included my dumb ones as well. This store ultimately hit the mark on giving me back that old school feeling of walking into a card shop, hanging with cool people, ripping packs, and enjoying the process even if

  I have been to majority of the card shops in the local Las Vegas area and by far this one is the most organized and friendly! It is a very well thought out store with a system to look up specific cards you need to build decks or build up your collection. Also has a wide variety of sealed products and singles. The ladies up front were very helpful and respectful. They also have a point system that you can accumulate points and have it go towards your next purchase! Highly recommend this card store if you’re in the area! I’ll be making this my go to spot for Las Vegas!

  This place might have the best customer service and great staff that I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. My five-year-old son is really in love with Pokémon and obviously it’s impossible to find them anywhere except for resellers and hobby stores like this. It’s actually a joy and a pleasure to take him here. The staff is incredibly friendly and so nice and they always treat him almost like he’s one of their own.   I stopped into this shop on a visit to Vegas, and it was an amazing experience! Very knowledgeable staff, who took the time to listen to what I collected, and then helped me find more of it! Plus- amazing Instagram reels that make me feel connected to them even when I am 1,500 miles away. This place is a must-stop every time I am in town.

  So customer service is ok when the owners are not there. The owners are horrible attitude people. Also they are a scalping store. There Booster boxes are way way over priced. Also they only buy certain cards at 70 percent and they lie about that. I had a card valued at 130 and they told me store credit is 67. Uh what 70 percent of 130 is 91. Freaking scammed and scalper!!! I'm sticking with Knigbt and Day Gaming and Padamonium Gaming. Way more honest!!!

  NKK is my family’s favorite place to find Pokémon cards! From single cards to ETB’s, top loaders and of course sleeves. Their prices are the best we’ve found in town! We go in for one thing and always leave with more. All the employees are so friendly as well, they are always willing and ready to help if we have questions. Definitely go check them out!
